Hello, Long time user and lover. Never had any problems with your great browser. This past week, on my phone, Firefox has been flagged "high battery background usage" and is continuously trying to put app to deep sleep. What has happened? How do I stop this? Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated Thanks Scott

Scott! Let's tackle the high battery background usage issue.

_Troubleshooting Steps:_

1. Update Firefox Mobile to the latest version. 2. Check for conflicting extensions: 

   - Disable all extensions.
   - Re-enable one by one to identify the culprit.

3. Adjust settings: 

   - Disable "Background Sync" (Settings > Sync).
   - Disable "Tracking Protection" (Settings > Privacy).
   - Enable "Low-Resource Mode" (Settings > Advanced).

4. Clear browsing data, cache, and cookies. 5. Close unnecessary tabs. 6. Restart your device.

_Additional Fixes:_

1. Disable Firefox's background services: 

   - Android: Settings > Apps > Firefox > Battery > toggle off "Background activity".
   - iOS: Settings > Firefox > Background App
