I use the gogdaddy ISP as my IMAP service provider. They recently forcedme to switch to a new IMAP server, namely outlook.office365.com. They transferred all of my old IMAP folders to the new server. I can see them all with Microsoft's webmail, which I do not wish to use. I'm on a Windows 10 computer.

I created a new Tbird account (not a new profile) for godaddy. It went very quickly and automatically. But my new account doesn't see any of my old folders except Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Junk and Trash. Troubleshooting information says that my account1 and account3 are the same (except for the server name) and both are default. How do I get Tbird to repopulate all my folders from the server?

account1 (imap) xoutlook.office365.com:993 SSL/TLS Normal password smtp.office365.com:587 STARTTLS OAuth2 true

account3 (imap) outlook.office365.com:993 SSL/TLS Normal password smtp.office365.com:587 STARTTLS OAuth2 true

My profile root directory is E:\Documents and Settings\nelsonb\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\jrv8kftg.tracer

I don't know what other info would be helpful.

Chosen solution

Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, Refresh. Are the missing folders available to be subscribed?
