Web Forms not autocompleting

The new Android update has taken away the ability to auto complete forms on webpages that are filled in regularly.

The data is saved on the desktop version, I am logged into the same account and yet it will not complete or suggest a item to auto complete like it used to.

How do I get that feature back?
