I lost data from firefox sync

Hi, today 26 aug, i accidentally lost data while clearing out Firefox Android, instead of excluding tabs and Synced tab, I accidentally cleared those data out, the desire to clear data was because of frequent notification from a website and I do not know how to stop it, help me at earliest, i have 2 devices

Some clarification, i lost data from only one device synced data, i need help in retriving deleted cloud data i. e synced open tabs, open tabs were very important data,please help at earliest
