im having bad feeling about mozila Firefox regarding download options

I tried to download a song from YouTube by typing "ss" near top of the url but is not working, and i cannot download attachments in my email, and im using latest version of Firefox nothing is perfect when compared to google chrome.

Pls take immediate action on this problem or you will loose your customers

I have never heard of adding "ss" to a URL to download a YouTube video. You may be better off trying an add-on from here.

Are you trying to view your emails in Firefox for Android? What happens when you try to download attachments?
