How do I resolve the error 1042?

There is an error which I am facing and cant be able to resolve that. I am having trouble in My Dell computer system and the system hard drive is not functioning properly and it is showing the error code 2000-0142 in the system. To resolve this I have also contacted ... , but I need a proper solution.

Unfortunately this isn't the site for Dell support you need to contact Dell about their error code.
