Have followed instructions but Thunderbird will not uninstall

Have gone through the process but when I get to the uninstall wizard and click uninstall, nothing happens. I've uninstalled the supporting programs so I know it's not my computer.

Chosen solution

It's possible that Thunderbird itself is not installed properly. Try re-installing it, then running the uninstaller.
