Hi

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox for Android, but I will do my best to assist.

For the services that you know you have signed up to, I would recommend contacting the companies directly and ask to be removed from their mailing list.

For everything else, I would recommend contacting your email service provider to ensure that you have "spam" controls on your email account and how to use them
