I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. You say you willsend a password reset code to myemail address.... I CANNOT READ IT AS I AM REFUSED ENTRY TO MY ACCOUNT......IN TRYING TO GET INTO MY ACCOUNT WOULD BE FAR EASIERBY ASKINGMY PERSONAL QUESTIONSWHICH FOR SOME REASON ARE NO LONGER A CHOICE....................

Hi

For Mozilla to start asking personal security questions, it would need to hold the answers, something that Mozilla (as a privacy responsible organisation) may find uncomfortable.

I would recommend that you follow the forgotten password process with your email service provide to get get access to your email.
