I can't login to my Mozilla account OR* manage my Sync options anymore.. Why?

For some reason, I can't sign-in to my Mozilla account OR manage my Sync account settings anymore. The screen says that I'm trying to log in to a service that isn't allowed or available . I requested pasword resets to the only 2 email accounts that I have received Mozilla emails From*, and Neither received the link/reset.

I've Tried to use the Q&A to narrow down the possibilities but none go beyond what I have tried (unsuccessfully) to fix these issues. There seems to be the no way to "Contact Support", so I'm trying this...*. Even tho' it says I'm sending this to the Community of Users I'm hoping I can get an answer (from support?) about my specific account.

As I said, I DO receive emails from Mozilla/Firefox (& they are Not in my Junk Folder*), but neither email account receives the confirmation emails or the password reset links and I would Like to understand why not. I wouldn't be surprised if it has something to do with this xxxxx Windows 8.1 (that is Supposed to allow multiple users, as long as they log in as 'themselves' at the start of any session*... which is certainly a Crock*, since practically every site any of us 3 are all members of has issues because the IP address is the same*... (meaning None of the sites, even Microsoft's**... can tell us apart Even though we all login As Ourselves* at the start of Any Session*!!)

In Options > Security --> Saved Passwords = check the user name for chrome://FirefoxAccounts - that is the email address used by Firefox Accounts for Password Reset emails, which may not come from a mozilla.org email address.
