Hello. I reinstalled my computer and downloaded Mozilla again. How can I find out what profile I was using before the reinstallation, because nothing has been synchronized in my pana@mail.bg profile at the moment?

I can no longer send messages through the email client on one of my accounts using Thunderbird, which no longer recognizes my internet service provider's password (but it does receive messages). Everything works fine with my other accounts.

I keep getting the sign in request (photo 1) and when I click the next button I get (photo 2), I have no idea what has changed or what I can do to stop it. I would be grateful of any help.

Thunderbird switched automatic to Freedom. No possibility to avoid. All connections where lost. After input connection data mail where downloaded. But over 2000 old local stored mail are gone.

How to restore all old local mails, structure and archives?

i turned off the enhanced tracking and i still cannot see or earn my channel points i have turned my site security to nothing to see if that would do anything I have turned off all my add-ons and they just dont show can anyone tell me whats happening here

Hello, I can receive email messages but unable to send them out. The error message I get follows:

The mail server responded,( bettyweber@shaw.ca sender) rejected AUP#POL. Verify your email address is correct in account settings.

What can I do to fix this in Thunderbird?

I checked with my service provider and I can receive and send messages through webmail but not Thunderbird.

Firefox is stuck in a loop! After installing the 145 update, it just keeps asking me to sign into with my admin credentials to install "a new helper tool" over and over. After entering my password nothing happens and when I try to relaunch, the FF icon just bounces. ("Force Quit" shows that the application is not responding.) After multiple attempts, I rebooted my laptop, but it didn't help, as I still get the request for installing the helper too. I'm in the midst of multiple project deadlines and this is very frustrating! Thanks in advance for your help.

PLEASE put the format options back into the email task bar! My formatting needs to be done on a message by message basis. It is time consuming and counterproductive to have to go to settings each time. No matter what I tried in settings, I was not able to get Formatting back into the message task bar. At minimum, I need font, size, list and color options back in the message task bar. PLEASE HELP!

My Bookmarks are missing. I see backups under the profile/bookmarkbackups folder but when I manage bookmarks, they are not in the restore dropdown. I have followed the steps to delete the places.sqlite but when I reopen firefox, I do not see the bookmarks have been restored. I thought it might have been related to Norton Utilities so I renewed a subscription but no luck. I also have a json file with my bookmarks but I cannot choose it from Manage Bookmarks, either

I'm on the local network. When I use Firefox to download a very small .docx file, the download gets stuck and doesn't move, taking a while to complete. But with Edge, it downloads almost instantly. Please help resolve this issue.

My desktop icon has disappeared. It is still on the taskbar and in Start Menu (Windows10), also listed in programs on control panel.
