— aren’t displaying correctly on Firefox for Android.

The issue I see: Some pages don’t load fully, especially forms and PDF links. The same pages work fine on Chrome or Edge mobile. Clearing cache or disabling add-ons didn’t help. Can you please guide me on how to debug or fix this issue? Is there a specific setting, user agent, or cache issue on Firefox mobile that may cause this? Thank you for your help! 🙏

I am having the same problem as this fixed one, a year later: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1468647 As soon as I try to connect to an account via Google, or go to Gmail/Docs/Drive/Classroom, I'm always taken to a “Clear cache and delete cookies” page. So I followed the instructions on the page, deleted all my data and saved cookies from Firefox and even tried to reinstall Firefox completely, but nothing changed, I'm always redirected to this page. Logging in when in incognito mode works fine though.

Im Firefox Developer habe ich seit ca. einer Woche das Problem, das die Lesezeichen nicht mhr funktionieren. Kann weder etwas anzeigen lassen, hinzufügen noch importieren.

Das zweite Problem habe ich heute 07.11.2025 festgestellt, habe einen neuen Tap geöffnet und es werde auf einmal die gespeicherten Webseiten nicht mehr angezeigt.

Was kann ich tun? Developer habe ich gelöscht und wider installiert, auch resettet, doch es geht nicht. Auf der zweiten Firefox Brwoser habe ich zwar die Lesezeichen, doch kann keine Webseite mehr hinzufügen. Auch bei öffnen eines neuen Taps, sind die gespeicherten Webseiten verschwunden.

I am using Thunderbird v140.4esr (32-bit), and the app hangs shortly after I try to create a new email, and I have to close the program and start again. I am using Windows 10 v22H2, current October patch. Whenever I try to create a new email in Thunderbird, I can type about a paragraph or two, then the window with the new email freezes, and the only way I can proceed is to force the program to close and start again. Sometimes I can recover part of the new email by choosing Drafts, but shortly after, it will hang again, and the process starts all over again. This has only started recently. It was functioning properly about a month ago. Why is this happening, and what can I do to mitigate it?

There is a significant delay with URL suggestion autofill when writing an address/URL into the URL-/search field. Many times resulting in a web search of the incomplete URL name, instead of going to the correct page. (Oneplus 13)

Two Questions:

1. I have invested time to setup all my accounts on my mobile after importing the setup from the Thunderbird from Windows desktop. How can I automatically import all of the setup from either my mobile or Windows Machine to my macbook?

2. How can I use Bitwarden password utility on my mozilla Thunderbird? i have checked and there is no add on for it.

This one is puzzling to me: On a website with login, whenever I click on an link to a pdf, a new tab opens (my normal setting) and immediately crashes (not my normal setting ;)). However, everything is fine elsewhere on the web, even on the same site in the sections without login. Here are some observations that may or may not be connected to this:

• If I right-click and open in new tab/window/download, everything is fine
• When I return to the tab where I clicked the link, the page reloads - independent of whether I did anything in the crashed tab
• the site-admins were not able to reproduce the problem, also it seems fine for other users
• the problem persists in troubleshooting mode, also manually disabeling extension did nothing, emptying cache etc. also nothing.

It is not like this is making me switch browsers (although no crashes in edge), but it bothers me to have no idea why this is happening. :) Maybe someone here feels the same? Thank you for reading either way!

What should happen is that the main image should change on mouse hover over one of the images from the column on the left. Also it should be possible to use the left or right navigation arrows on the main image to cycle through the images. Neither of these actions is possible. It works fine on Edge.

On the 20, of October I was forced to re install Windows 10. Kept my data but I had to re install all my apps. With Thunderbird I follow the same procedure I used with Firefox: After installation I copied the profile folder from my backup and replaced the new one. That worked out well. With Thunderbird, I followed the same procedure, all my emails where there but not my local folders. I am attaching several snapshots to illustrate my steps. Image 1 "local folders now" Image 2 "Profile Folder". (why there are 2 sub-folders)? Image 3 "Mail in the profile folder" Image 4 " List of folders in my Local Folders" The are there, how do I get them back on Thunderbird in the correct place "Local Folders"? Hi, I’m facing an issue where some websites do not load properly even after clearing the cache and cookies. Sometimes images don’t show or pages freeze. Is there a method to force fresh loading or bypass the cache?

Recently, when I copy and paste an error message to the search box in Firefox and the first word contains a ':', such as when searching for this error message - "MESA-LOADER: failed to open dri: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gbm/dri_gbm.so: cannot open shared object file" - I get the "Open the mesa-loader link with System Handler?" prompt (see screenshot).

I used to be able to copy and paste such an error before into the search box and it would just work but now the browser defaults to thinking you are entering a URL. This could be because when I start typing in the search box, it immediately relocates what I'm typing to the address bar. Maybe this is the behaviour I need to disable? But how and why is it the default?

Hi,

I am on a Mac OS 15.6.1 -- 24GB of RAM. I have noticed multiple page hangs -- request to stop with AWS web console. To the point, that I have gone back to Chrome where I do NOT have these hangs. So, I suspect something has changed, but it makes the FF browser unusable. Something you should look at at. Happy to help if I can, but my time is limited.

Hello, Having some issues with two websites that don't load correctly. Can you help me with this ? It has been going on for a while withe my car brand website configuration page so I have to use Safari for that, but today it happened with my bank website. I have an account on Ubuntu that has several mailboxes. I need to shift (migrate) this to a new computer with Debian 13. So far I have tried to follow the idea of copying the hidden thunderbird folder. When I start Thunderbird it has a "Setup your existing email address" page.

This is not easy.
