Try removing (or at least disable) the following two extensions:

• MyWordTool 0.1
• Value Apps 1.7.0.0

You can configure, disable, and often remove extensions on the Add-ons page. Either:

• Ctrl+Shift+a
• orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions.

If the Remove button is missing, usually there is an entry in the Windows Control Panel, Uninstall a Program, to remove it. The name may not be obvious, so it can be useful to click the "Installed on" column heading and look for any surprises.
