I have created an account to have backup. After taking it I synced it from new device but none got synced. I'm fearing the data might have been lost

I was about to install new OS so backedup all my firefox stuff using FireFox sync. After installing new OS and FF I tried to sync by providing information but none got synced. I signed to "https://account.services.mozilla.com/" but it also doesn't have any History/Bookmark info. Could you help me to get my backup?

You need three things to connect a "new device" to your Sync account.

  1. Username = email address you used when you first setup Sync
  2. Password for that account.
  3. Sync Key / Recovery Key

If you are missing any of those three things, you won't be able to recover your data from the Sync Server.
