when i go to the hotmail site i get a mail from samsung mobile phone contest. even if i decline the offer the mail continues to pop up again. how to stop it

try
plz open the mail then at the bottom of the mail u can see the unsubcribe option.

there is no such thing as unsubscribe. the web site simply pops up with congratulations you have won----
