Firefox Menu Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing.
- Uncheck the box in the Browsing Section for Smooth Scrolling and click OK
Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
