I downloaded 13.1 because Firefox was acting funny. I have downloaded it 7 times. It asks me if I want to run it as old user-answer yes-& then it does not install. What gives with this piece of crap. I have run Firefox since it was Firefox

Please also try right-clicking on it and Run as administrator.
