slide bar on my laptop keboard does not allow me to slide the page, have to use vertical one on side of page on the screen instead, how do i fix it
when i try to slide the page from my laptop keypad slide bar it won't slide the page up and down. i have to use the side slide bar on the screen with the arrows...very awkward. how can i fix it to where i can use the slide bar on my keyboard pad?

Try to modify the ui.trackpoint_hack.enabled pref on the about:config page from the default value -1 to 0 or 1 to see if that makes the scroll pad work.
Close and restart Firefox after changing the pref.
