Why is my character encoding a problem after upgrade to v4?
My apostrophes and other random symbols aren't being encoded properly with the Firefox 4 upgrade and displaying a symbol. Please see screenshot: http://awesomescreenshot.com/0a4aj9qcd
However, in Safari, I have no issues.
My character encoding is set to Western (ISO-8859-1)

Its happend with hebrew too.
I notice(thanks to firebug) that's the problem happend usualy with bolded texts(strong, em etc..).

@AlmogBaku We have seen this problem in the past, and found that it caused by a broken Arial fonts. Restoring the fonts to the default fonts should solve this issue.
