missing a folder that exists on the ISP server
After the latest update to the program I noticed that a previous folder is missing along with its saved emails. That folder still exists along with saved messages on the ISP server. This has happened previously and then re-appeared some months later, perhaps with an application update. The rest of my folders display properly along with their saved emails.

Try right clicking on the account name in the folder pane, then “subscribe”. Is the folder listed? Not checked? Then check it.
