where are my saved passwords

On desktop Firefox, open the menu ☰ and choose Passwords. You can also type about:logins in the address bar.

If nothing shows up there, the next thing to check is whether Firefox is using a different profile, or whether you expected Sync to bring the passwords from another device. Saved logins are stored per profile, so a new/blank profile will look empty.
