Dear Mozilla Firefox. I have tried so many times to reset my Mozilla Firefox account password to no avail, using my Account Recovery Key, which I stored in LibreOffice Draw on my computer. The so many times that I tried, the error that comes up is: "Invalid account recovery Key", no matter how many codes are sent for me to rest my password. Please, rectify the problem as to why a correctly stored 32 characters Account Recovery Key is not working for me to reset my password.
