I am on Windows 10 but my Mozilla application shut down and when I try to down load again it is said that I need to download the Windows 8 or 7 version.
Mozilla Firefox is out of order and disappears. I try to down load it, but the message says that I need to find the Firefox version for windows 8 or 7 . My computer is on windows 10. Can you help ? Thanks.

Is this with the same system that you are posting this thread with?
If it is another system then maybe you are running Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode on Windows 10.
