the removal of your app when windows updated
hi again and thanks for listening when windows updated to 11 they removed Mozilla Thunderbird ESR(x86en-us) publisher Mozilla version 140.5.0 it contained alot of data, address book and many emails. Very disappointing. Is there any thing you could do or is it forever lost thanks again geoff

If just the app was removed, the profile folder with user data should still be there, although its location depends on whether the MS Store or thunderbird.net version was installed. Reinstall the same version and see if it reads the existing profile.
The thunderbird.net version's profile is a subfolder of:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles
