I am trying to fill out an online loan application form using Firefox on my mobile device. When I upload or edit a file in the form, the changes do not appear or get saved. The form continues to show the old version of the file even after I re‑upload the updated one. I have already tried refreshing the page and re‑logging in, but the issue persists. This problem occurs only on Firefox mobile; when I use other browsers, the upload reflects correctly. Please clarify:
- Your phone OS and its version
- Your Firefox version
- The problematic website URL
Also, I'd suggest clearing cookies and site data first (here's an article for Firefox for Android).
