Rather than trying to decode the meaning of a specific integer like 1758033638 the most reliable way to disable telemetry is to use the standard Firefox settings

Open Firefox, and click the menu button Go to Settings > Privacy & Security. Scroll down to the "Firefox Data Collection and Use". Uncheck all the boxes to disable data collection
