I paid to renew license, but it hasn't been registered.
Two days ago I paid to renew my Thunderbird license, but I still am getting a message that I need to renew my license. Also, when I try to write an outgoing email, Thunderbird freezes up, and I have to shut it down before I can use it again. I also lose whatever message I was writing.

Thunderbird does not require a license.
Please post a screen shot of the message you are seeing.

That expiration is coming from an add-on. Please look at your list of add-ons.
It's not showing that i updated
