Firefox just updated and all my Simple Tab Groups have vanished. The categories remain, but they are all empty. What happened? How can I get them back?

I've managed to locate the STG-backups-FF-137.0 folder but how do I restore my tabs and groups from that? I don't know or understand JSON so don't know how to proceed.

I hope someone can help. 🙏
