I'm having with getting back my old data back.
Hello, I have been trying to get my old data back because I was able to get it done the last time when it happened in 2021 but my computer restart itself last night and I don't know what else to do since I tried to ask my little brother for help which didn't went too well even though I do appreciate him for helping me out but now I'm feeling frustrated about what else to do now.

Take it to a computer shop to diagnosis the problem and find a fix.
When you started Firefox again, what was missing? For example, tabs you had open when Firefox crashed weren't restored, bookmarks are gone, looks like a new installation, etc.
Were there any error messages about the situation?
