Mozilla does not provide one on one support by phone, chat or email for their free to use web browsers as it would be too costly. All web browser have a support forum of some sort as some may provide direct support to enterprise users who pay for it.

Mozilla does however have direct ticket support here for their subscription based products as in Mozilla VPN, MDN Plus and premium/plus versions of Firefox Relay, Mozilla Monitor, Pocket because you paid for that as part of subscription.

keep losing bookmarks everyday after closing browser. Used about profile and still can not fix issue.
