My account stopped downloading to my computer.

my emails have stopped downloading to my computer. I can send emails from my computer but i cannot receive them. they are on my email account but do not download to my computer. I have tried everything in the trouble shoot area to no avail. Please help.

What type of mail account is this (POP, IMAP)? Which is your email provider? Do you get any error messages? More info, please…
