Avast Password Manager was deleted from Firefox account
The Avast Password Manager was deleted from task bar about 5 days ago or so-- 12/11/24. Why would Firefox do that and inconvenience its customers? It needs to be restored immediately and nowhere to find help on this matter. Avast is aware of the problem and so is Firefox but we, the customers, have no solution that is available. This encourages us to use Chrome instead. Is there a solution? Please advise.

It's up to avast to figure why their software is incompatible with Firefox browser. If Avast doesn't fix their software issue then it's not Firefox browser issue here.
It works on Chrome but not Firefox. Why not Firefox? I wonder what the specific issue is with Firefox. Thanks.
Maybe ask Avast why it doesn't work on Firefox.
I did and spent an hour with Avast technical support. Avast support person did not know why Firefox won't accept Avast Password Manager. Guess I'll have to use Chrome on this computer. The Firefox I have on another computer has the Avast Password Manager and it works. No more updates for me as maybe that was why Firefox removed the program from this computer. It is frustrating and time consuming. Thanks again.
