Windows update? (win7)
My PC did a windows update, a few days ago and now my thunderbird account will not send or receive emails. I have checked the server settings and they are the same as on my phone, but I can send and receive via my phone but not on my PC? Any help would be gratefully accepted.

Start windows in safe mode. If the problem goes away then you must look for another program to be causing the issue. - win7 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17419/windows-7-advanced-startup-options-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-7
