Up to several months ago when I tried to bookmark a website or YouTube video I had previously bookmarked a dialog box would come up asking if I still wanted to bookmark the website or YouTube video. What ever happened to that feature. I really liked it. Or is it a case changing some kind of setting to turn it back on? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it's already bookmarked, the bookmark star icon will be a solid color and clicking on it opens a panel with a "Remove bookmark" button. This only works if the address exactly matches, any small alteration of the URL will make it look like a different bookmark.

The bookmark star does not turn a solid color.
