It appears to me that one can only rearrange or move the position of a bookmark (in Firefox) via a PC and not with an android phone.
Is this correct? If not, could said instructions for doing so via an android phone be forwarded?

Thank you for responding to my query about moving files. However; while this works to create a file, or sub-file and place it in one's bookmarks in a specific umbrella category it does not teach how to literally move a file with all of it's sub-files and contents therein to a completely different section of one's bookmarks.
