HOW DOES A CUSTOMER GET HELP WHEN THE ACCOUNT EMAIL IS WRONG??? WE DO NOT AGREE ON PRIMARY ACCOUNT THEREFORE i cannot get into firefox!!!!!
My "PRIMARY" email address is WRONG -- cannot log in, cannot access Firefox Account, cannot do all the things offered by Mozilla. HOW DOES A LONG TIME CUSTOMER -- any customer -- GET HELP TO FIX THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT???????
CANNOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE FIREFOX AND I DO NOT AGREE ON THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT. NO WAY TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. FEELING LIKE TOTALLY REMOVING ALL FIREFOX INFO, PROGRAMS, ETC AND DUMPING THIS WHOLE MOZILLA MESS.
I really do not understand how Firefox has survived so long with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Maybe a gun to the computer would be the best way to eliminate the Firefox problems -- seems that way. Then on my new computer I can STAY AWAY FROM EVERYTHING FIREFOX OR MOZILLA. STUPID WAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS -- Oh, maybe that's my problem. I am NOT A CUSTOMER cause I don't pay you.
We are all just stupid flunkies to stay with such a dumb set up for so long (like the beginning of time).
