Unable to scroll down on a webpage.
When I try scrolling down on this website it automatically takes me to the top of the webpage like a reset. The hardware is fine because it is happening with touch pad and external mouse both. Even though it is happening only on 1-2 website, I am not sure whether it is my browser's issue or the website itself is faulty. Also, specific part of the URL keeps on refreshing nonstop : ?ref=n2dXHxxxxxxxxxxxxx

it sometimes gets fixed upon refreshing the website but not always.
