Firefox prevents opening links I select such as utility bills
Any site I go to such as my utility companies that have a link for me to open and view my bill while logged into my online account are prevented from opening by Firefox. Their help articles define the pop-up window as a window that opens automatically. That is not what I'm talking about. I am selecting the link. I am giving the site permission to open the window. It is not automatic. Google Chrome, Microsoft edge, no other browser has this problem. please help.

So what does the error screenshot say? Without personnel info given or blackout is only way to see what it is showing.
Make sure you are not blocking content.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
