Firefox does not have 1blocker; however, it has a more powerful alternative. Please look at ublock origin, this extension is recommended by Mozilla and allows for multitudes of filter lists, rules, etc. All while using little cpu. I will note though, you can be fingerprinted by the filters you use on any content blocker, therefore you may want to be conservative on the filter lists.

Firefox for iOS (iPhone/iPad) cannot use Extensions made for desktop and Android Firefox.

Oh, I did not realize that this was for iOS, not for mac
