Provide the steps to replicate the issue so that we know what's happening before the error. Also, show us the error.

Seems like if I have Norton VPN on when Anti Track loads Norton can't communicate with the app.
Whoops, just happened again!
Norton questions should be asked here; https://support.norton.com
Whoops comment no longer relevant. Do not turn on VPN until Anti Track loads. No more problem with it afterward.
