webcam access for doxy

Tried to use doxy for a video call. Said I needed to refresh to load most updated browser. Once I did that, it says doxy has no access to webcam. I cannot figure out how to change that.

Just testing I was able to get in and allow the mic and camera. see screenshot The current browser version is 94.
