Tbird 78 Message Filter not moving email messages to specified folder

I created a message filter to move all my newsletter emails (filtered by From) is tagged Read and moved to a folder titled Newsletters.

When run the filter is tagging the correct messages but not moving them to the Newsletters Folder - they remain in my Inbox.

Help?
