Integration with Windows 10 Notification server.
To Whom It May Concern:
Are there any plans to integrate Thunderbird with the Windows 10 Notification system, and suspend Thunderbird's own internal notification? The Thunderbird notification does not display all notifications when emails are received from multiple accounts; it's thought that the Windows 10 notification might be superior at stacking all new messages.

Some of it can be made to work if you change 3 preferences in Config. editor:
