Large video files not received.
Video files sent from Bigpond to me at Internode larger than say, 15MB but less than 20MB are bounced and error message to sender is that the say, 18MB file is showing as say, 24MB in the bounce message. Sender says no other contact gives same error.

Internode says that the limit on sending attachments is 10 MB, so that is probably the same for receiving messages. Ask the sender to upload to a file host such as OneDrive or Firefox Send or Google Drive and send you a link.
A message with an 18 MB attachment results in a message size of about 24 MB due to encoding overhead.
