Hi mikeldmoore, as I'm sure you've noticed, if you try a link like https://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox and you're not logged in yet, you get redirected to https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin/... (long url) and after you sign in then you are redirected back to the Inbox. Is your Firefox getting stuck somewhere in that process, or are you already logged in to your Google account when you try the first address? To rule out one possible issue, please make sure the redirect block is turned off: (1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk. (2) In the search box in the page, type or paste '''access''' and pause while the list is filtered (3) If the '''accessibility.blockautorefresh''' preference has a value of true, double-click it to restore the default value of false
