Google Analytics isn't "built into" Firefox. It's a service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic using software on the server for web sites that a user would visit. An ad blocker such a uBlock Origin can block Google Analytics from being active in the web pages that you go to.
I think that builtin Enhanced Tracking Protection also block Google Analytics.
Firefox shows an highlighted shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Tracking Protection is blocking content.
- click the shield icon for more details and possibly disable the protection
You can check in the Web Console what content is blocked.
- "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Web Developer
Delete an Analytics account
Remove the Analytics tracking code from all your web pages or from your app. Sign in to Google Analytics.. Click Admin. In the ACCOUNT column, use the menu to select the account you want to delete. In the ACCOUNT column, click Account Settings. Click Move to Trash Can.
