Firefox monitor reported that my email account was breached?

I received the following Firefox monitor report on my account was breached? What account-my email ? Why am I getting the report now when it happened two weeks ago? If it is my outlook email account that was breached then why didn't Outlook notify me? Besides changing my pass word, what else do I do?
