wrong email quoted in reply

When I reply to an email a different email is quoted. The same email is quoted regardless of the email being replied to. I assume a file is corrupt. Where can I clear that corrupt file that it's getting that from information for a reply?

I'm disappointed with the lack of response. This was resolved on our own using the add-on SmartTemplate4. Perhaps Mozilla will fix this before SmartTemplate4 becomes outdated.

I suppose it did not occur to you that no one had any ideas. No one else has ever appear on this forum with the same complaint. So guess would have been an broken add-on already installed. But I hate guessing.
