i pay for the better browser, but its not working althought the license is still active till the 19 th i deleted the app renewed it but still the same problem

Firefox is free. There is no license. If you're being asked to pay for it, you most likely installed a different app. When you look at the app in the app store, make sure it says "by Mozilla".
