I downloaded Thunderbird and I have 4 accounts. 3 of the accounts no issues but primary acct returns error message RETR command did not succeed.
Thunderbird accessed 3 of 4 accts, but one gets error message "The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server pop-server.socal.rr.com responded: no such message."

in the help menu select troubleshooting information click the show profile button. Close Thunderbird In the file explorer open the mail folder. Open the folder for your road runner server. Delete the file popstate.dat
Restart Thunderbird
