When replying to a message, the send and attachment buttons no longer appear in the task bar , just: From / TO / Subject
When an email is in both INBOX, and then opened two task bars appear at the top of the page, but when I click on Reply or Forward, the new reply email opens without any task bars, just the format for the email: ie., FROM: TO: SUBJECT:
Therefore I cannot add an attachment in the usual way, nor send except by manually clicking the physical send button on the wireless keyboard.

I think we need a screenshot. None of those things appear in a "taskbar" so you probably mean a toolbar. A picture should help make it clear what exactly has gone missing.
